SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated individually by weight at the checkout. Please take note, that those costs do not include local taxes which can be additionally charged based on the regulations of your destination country.

Shipping is provided by DHL and Deutsche Post for orders from Germany and by POST NL for all international orders. We'd like to advise you to check your address twice while ordering since we won't cover any returning costs for orders with wrong addresses! When you have received a shipping confirmation for your order it will take 2 to 4 days until the tracking ID will be active, while your parcel is already in transit. ​

Refunds
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately, but no later than 14 days, if any items of your order are defective or damaged or if you have received an incorrect item so that we can analyze and resolve the problem.

To initiate a return of defective items, contact us by email at nornir-merch[at]mail.de or send us a message using the contact form. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions for returning the items. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available to EU customers only. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us no later than 14 days after receiving your order at nornir-merch[at]mail.de or via the contact form. You bear the costs for the insured return shipping of the item. We will send you the exchange item free of charge.
14-day right of withdrawal in the EU
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped within the European Union. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or the contact form).
You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of the contract. Items must be in the same condition in which you received them (unworn, unused, with tags and/or in original packaging). You must also be able to provide proof of purchase of the items. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods (insured shipping). You are liable for any loss in value of the goods if you make use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their characteristics and functionality.
After receiving and checking the goods for intactness, we must immediately and no later than within 14 days refund you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with exception of additional costs if you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). For this repayment we use the same payment method that you chose for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you. However, if you keep a part of the order and only send some of several items back to us, you will not be refunded for the shipping costs for the delivery of the goods.
